Usage

Collection of sputum samples for microbiological, cytological, and biochemical analysis.

Ensure the container is sterile and has not been tampered with.
Ask the patient to take a deep breath and cough forcefully to produce sputum (not saliva).
Immediately screw the cap tightly to prevent leakage.
Write patient details and date on the label space.

Note:After use, discard according to biohazard waste disposal protocols.
