• Balancing: • Always place tube in the centrifuge in balanced pairs with equal volume and weight. • Use counterweights or dummy tube if required.
• Sealing: • Tighten cap firmly to ensure leak-proof operation. • For high-speed centrifugation, use tube with O-ring or secure plug caps.
• Post-Centrifuge Handling: • Carefully remove tube and observe pellet/serum layer separation. • Store or transfer supernatant/sample as needed.
• Disposal: • Follow biohazard disposal rules after use. • Autoclave before disposal if necessary.
